Sarah Romanowsky - DanceVersity Faculty
Sarah
Romanowsky is an accomplished dancer and aerialist,
performing professionally throughout Los Angeles, Las Vegas,
and the Dominican Republic. Holding her Bachelor of Arts in
Dance from Loyola Marymount University, she focuses on jazz
and contemporary movement, and utilizes her extensive dance
background in the circus world by applying her artistry and
grace towards ariel silks and hammock. She has been seen in
productions at the Ballagio, Bally's and MGM in Las Vegas,
as well as for Tiffany & Co., Robert Half International
and the Canadian Tourism Commission.
Thus far in 2011, Sarah has been a featured aerialist in the Superbowl Chevy commercial “See the USA” featuring the cast of Glee, was an aerialist for the official Grammys party during the performances of The Roots & Keri Hilson, & has been seen in the air at Supper Club, Roxbury, Music Box, Spot 5750, & Boulevard 3. During the holidays, Sarah performed aerial silks alongside pop singer Kaci Brown, & performed above the crowd for Seth MacFarlane’s Family Guy release party. In 2010, Sarah was an aerial soloist in Mental Head Circus, Girl Next Door & the Lester Horton Awards. She also performed above the rooftop pool of the London Hotel for E Entertainment’s 20th anniversary, featuring Kelly Rowland. In recent years, Sarah has been an aerialist alongside DJ Bob Sinclar in Santo Domingo, as well as for Christian Audigier, in an event featuring Snoop Dogg, Fergie & Michael Jackson.
